Quality Policy: 

Public Testing Laboratory of Center for Research, Consultancy & Technical Services [CRCTS] strives to continuously enhance our Brand & its Quality. We at CRCTS are committed to ensure competency, impartiality, integrity and consistency in operations of laboratory as well as to maintain confidentiality, good professional practice and build high level of confidence in our valued customers. We are committed to deliver the accurate, traceable and timely results by testing the products of our customers. We shall abide by the system to comply with ISO 17025:2017 and other regulatory guidelines.

Quality Objectives:

  1. To ensure continuous efforts for improvement in competency through training, evaluation, re-training and competency testing of staff members as per annual training calendar and additional requirements, if any.
  2. To monitor self competency through Internal Quality Checks conducted on quarterly basis.
  3. To maintain an effective QMS through Annual Management Review and half yearly intermittent checks.
  4. To render efficient and reliable testing services and achieve 80% or more customer satisfaction index using a competent Customer Feedback Evaluation System.
  5. To ensure that all personnel abide by the policies and procedures at CRCTS, professionally and effectively so as to maintain confidentiality, impartiality and integrity in their work at all times.
